Austin Hennelly began his career in hospitality in 2012 at Momofuku’s boundary pushing cocktail bar Booker and Dax in Manhattan’s East Village. In 2015 he joined the bar teams at James Beard Award winning Maison Premiere and amaro focused cult classic Amor y Amargo.   He is currently setting the paradigm for cocktails in LA at Michelin Starred Kato.  His cocktails have been featured in the LA Times, New York Times, Michelin Guide's Top Cocktails of 2022, Punch Magazine, Bon Appetit, The Daily Beast, Starchefs and Forbes. In 2022 he was named one of Imbibe Magazine's 75 people or places to watch and in 2023 Austin was Michelin guides’ Exceptional Cocktail winner.


 

For over a decade, Julie Renee Hennelly worked in some of New York City’s most acclaimed bars and restaurants.  After moving to Los Angeles in 2018, she assumed the role as the personal bartender and hospitality coordinator for entertainers and celebrities.  Clients available upon request.  She was the winner of the NYC Bacardi Legacy cocktail competition in 2015 and creator of Woodford Reserve $1,000 mint julep for the Kentucky Derby, 2016.  Julie currently executes events for Chateau Marmont and is the Director of Operations for Shindig Cocktails.
